Mr.Rao has been born and brought up in an agricultural family based out of a village in Andhra Pradesh, India. He has always shown a flair for being a part of the health care sector and achieved an admission in the prestigious BITS (Pilani) in Rajasthan with a major in Pharmacy. After graduating with a good percentage, in the year 1976 Mr.Rao joined as the production assistant in Intraven, HYD and two other formulation companies based out of Chennai. In a span of total four years he has been promoted to the role of chief production manager, single handedly administering a turnover consisting of tablets, syrups as well as ointments. Later in the year 1980 Mr. Rao went on to setup his own manufacturing unit- Endoven Pharmaceuticals which went on to gross a turnover of one crore within a period of two years. The unit was run in its highest capacity by supplying to various institutions across the country. This being one of the first stepping stones Mr. Rao has expanded his horizons by establishing four other manufacturing units, three marketing units and trading organizations in different parts of the country.

Mrs. Potineni was one among the nine children born in an agricultural family, went on to become a post-graduate in science from Osmania University, Hyderabad. Coming from a family which respects the need for education, Mrs. Rani has been a guiding force in mentoring the employees of vanguard group over the years. An able administrator, Mrs. Rani is also a consultant director of M/s. Vijai Electricals Ltd run by Mr. Jai Ramesh dasari along with her family members. Mrs. Rani has always been a pillar of strength to the company by giving valuable advice in the need of the hour.

Mrs. Swetha has been born and brought up in Hyderabad, India. With Bachelors in Electronics and communication engineering, she went to get a Masters in Business Administration from the prestigious Bentley University in Massachusetts, USA. After working in Boston as a sales officer, she came back to join Vanguard as an Assistant Marketing Executive. Over a period of time, Swetha has excelled in the roles of Brand Manager, Head of Sales Administration and Head of Marketing. Swetha has been instrumental in introducing various automation processes in the field as well as in the Head office, which increased efficiency of the field force and reduced irregularities at the distribution level. Currently handling operations of the marketing divisions, Swetha has a youthful and ambitious outlook for the future of Vanguard.
